2D & 3D Design

Utilising the latest CAD programmes we can offer both 2D and 3D drawing services including renderings/exploded views. As the customer you can view the design inside and out in 3D before any material has been cut allowing for all the details to be reviewed before manufacturer thus saving cost and time.

Laser Cutting

We work closely with a number of local suppliers and can offer laser cutting in all common materials and thicknesses; by having trusted suppliers we can guarantee a fast turnaround and competitive rates.

CNC Punching

Our own turret punch can punch steel and aluminium sheets (2.5x1.25m sheets) up to 4mm thick.

Folding & Forming

We can offer folding and forming in aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel in house using our CNC press brake.

Welding & Fabrication

We offer MIG/TIG welding on all common materials including stainless steel and aluminium.

Finishing & Powder Coating

By working closely with trusted suppliers we can offer powder coating, anodising, plating, polishing and galvanising.

Assembly

If required, we can assemble your final products/components or create further documentation to enable assembly by 3rd parties.
